BANGOR, Maine (WABI) – Residents of a Bangor mobile home park are returning to a warm ‘Welcome Home’ Tuesday after closing on the purchase of their park. Bangor’s Cedar Falls Mobile Home Park is now officially owned by those who live there. Since September, the cooperative group of residents have been fundraising to purchase their park from the company that owned it. To aid in their efforts, Genesis Community Loan Fund and Bangor Savings Bank provided financial support. Read full story here.

CDI receives $50K to build new resident owned manufactured home community
