15th Avenue Housing Cooperative helps homeowners nationwide purchase the land beneath their homes as a cooperative. As Members, they have a vote on major decisions like community rules, infrastructure projects and, most importantly, site fees. Together with a network of nonprofit affiliates, 15th Avenue Housing Cooperative has helped more than 339 communities in 21 states achieve resident ownership, empowering more than 23,000 households to build wealth and secure their housing futures.
