Training & Learning
Our Training and Continuous Learning (TCL) team provides education and training to ROC Boards and Members, CTAP affiliates and 15th Avenue Housing Cooperative staff.
This includes: Foundational trainings for ROC Boards and Members on skills necessary to manage sustainable, resilient, resident-owned communities; Educational programming that enriches the leadership skills and personal growth of ROC leaders; Cultivation of CTAP affiliate and 15th Avenue Housing Cooperative staff professional skills relevant to the execution of their work to convert new and support existing ROCs; Support effective execution of 15th Avenue Housing Cooperative® initiatives, policies, and best practices through educational and training programs.
Earn Continuous Education Credits through Our Programs
15th Avenue Housing Cooperative is an IACET accredited provider of Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Some of our trainings offer these CEUs, empowering you to become not only a better leader in your community but also advance your professional life at the same time.
